Thierry Guetta, working as Mr Brainwash, came to public attention through Exit Through The Gift Shop and has since built one of the most immediately recognisable bodies of work in contemporary Pop.
The work layers spray paint, torn poster, drip and stencil over borrowed icons — Warhol's flowers, the Beatles, Kate Moss — with a deliberate refusal of restraint.
