Practical questions we are asked most often by UK collectors buying without a gallery visit.
- Is it safe to buy art online in the UK?
- Yes, provided the seller publishes real detail. We give medium, year, dimensions and price in pounds, plus a condition report and provenance on request, and you can always see the work in London before paying.
- How much does original art cost?
- Available works start around £2,500 for pieces on paper and run to the mid five figures for major canvases. Every price is shown in pounds, inclusive of UK VAT where it applies.
- Do you deliver across the UK?
- We deliver crated and fully insured to any UK address, with installation arranged where you want the work hung. International shipping and export licences are handled on request.
- Can I return a work if it is wrong in the room?
- Tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we will collect the work and refund it. We would rather place a piece well than sell it once.
- Do you offer payment in instalments?
- For most works we can spread payment over three to six months, interest free, with the work delivered on final payment or earlier by agreement.
